How to do the 60-second reset

Pick your state. Press Reset. Follow each step as the timer counts down:

  • Physiological sigh: inhale, quick top-up inhale, slow long exhale (repeat ×3).
  • 5-4-3-2-1 senses: name things you see/feel/hear/smell/taste (one each is enough).
  • Power posture + far gaze: shoulders back, eyes to a far point for ~20s.

Finish with one tiny next step (“Send the email subject line only”).
